Create File Shared Link (OneDrive) activity

Configure the Create File Shared Link activity

To configure the Create File Shared Link activity, do the procedure in this topic.

You must specify the file or file ID to create a link to share the file.
In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.

Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.

Click Create Shared Link File .
Complete the fields on the Create Shared Link for File in OneDrive Configuration screen.

(Optional) Click Advanced > E-mail Notification .

Specifies the information to create a link to share the file in OneDrive.

Add Token	Opens this Screen: New OneDrive Access Token Function of this Screen: Configures a new access token for Microsoft OneDrive.
File Path	Function: Specifies the path of the file. Accepted Values: Choose File Path - Specifies an absolute path for the file. Dynamic File ID - Specifies a process variable that stores the ID of file. Default Value: Choose File Path
Store the Response in Custom Attribute	Function: Specifies the process data variable that stores the shared link of the file or folder. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
