Notifications

Notifications let you send a message when an event occurs in your process. You can send e-mail notifications from any activity. You can send Lync or Yammer notifications from human task activities. AgilePoint Application Designer has several ways for you to create and maintain e-mail notifications:

• The dedicated E-mail activity
• Lync or Yammer activities
• E-mail notifications for any activity
• Yammer and Lync notifications for any human task
• Global e-mail notifications

The exact options vary, depending upon the context, such as the type of activity, but in most cases it works almost the same.
