Configure the Delete Multiple Entities activity

To configure the Delete Multiple Entities activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Click Delete Multiple Entities .

Add Token	Opens this Screen: New Dynamics CRM Access Token Function of this Screen: Configures a new access token for Dynamics CRM.
Entity Name	Function: Specifies the name for your entity. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None When you select the Dynamics CRM access token, the name of the entity shows in the Entity Name field. Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Entity IDs	Function: Specifies your list of Dynamics CRM entity IDs. Accepted Values: A valid list of IDs, separated by semicolons. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
