Delete Folder (Google Drive) activity

An activity that deletes a folder from Google Drive.



Configure the Delete Folder activity

To configure the Delete Folder activity, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:
  2. Do one of these:
    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Google Drive tab.
      2. On the Google Drive tab, drag the Delete Folder activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Procedure

  1. Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.

  2. Click Delete Folder .
  3. Complete the fields on the Delete Folder in Google Drive Configuration screen.

    For more information, refer to Delete a Folder from Google Drive.

  4. (Optional) Click Advanced > E-mail Notification .

    For more information, refer to Configure E-mail Notifications for Any Activity

Specifies the common information for a system activity.

One line of text that can have spaces.

Specifies an optional description for your activity.
Accepted Values:
More than one line of text.

Delete Folder in Google Drive Configuration

Specifies a folder to delete from Google Drive.

Function:
Specifies the access token that connects to your Google Drive application.
Accepted Values:
A list of access tokens configured for your environment.
Default Value:
None
Accepts Process Data Variables:
No

Add Token

Opens this Screen:
New Google Drive Access Token
Function of this Screen:
Configures a new access token for Google Drive.

Folder ID
Function:
Specifies the Google Drive folder. The activity uses the ID of the specified folder when the process runs.
Accepted Values:
  • Choose Folder ID - Specifies an absolute path for the folder.
  • Dynamic Folder ID - Specifies a process variable that stores the ID of folder.
Default Value:
None.
Accepts Process Data Variables:
Yes
