Create File SharedLink (Dropbox) activity

Configure the Create File Shared Link activity

To configure the Create File Shared Link activity, do the procedure in this topic.

You must specify the file or file ID to create a link to share the file.
In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.

Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.

Click Create File Shared Link .
Complete the fields on the Create Shared Link for File Configuration screen.
For more information, refer to Create a Link to Shared a File in Dropbox.
(Optional) Click Advanced > E-mail Notification .

Display Name	Function: Specifies the activity name that shows in your process. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: No

Specifies the information to create a link to share the file in Dropbox.

Add Token	Opens this Screen: New Dropbox Access Token Function of this Screen: Configures a new access token for Dropbox.
File Path	Function: Specifies the Dropbox file. The activity uses the location of the specified file when the process runs. Accepted Values: Choose File Path - Specifies an absolute path for the file. Dynamic File Path - Specifies a process variable that stores the path of file. Default Value: Choose File Path Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Store the Response in Custom Attribute or Schema	Function: Specifies the process data variable that stores the shared link of the file or folder. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
