Configure the Create Folder Shared Link activity

To configure the Create Folder Shared Link activity, do the procedure in this topic.

You must specify the parent folder or parent folder ID to create a folder.

Complete the fields on the General Configuration screen.

Click Create Folder Shared Link .
Complete the fields on the Create Shared Link for Folder in Box Configuration screen.

(Optional) Click Advanced > E-mail Notification .

Add Token	Opens this Screen: New Box Access Token Function of this Screen: Configures a new access token for Box.
Folder ID	Function: Specifies the Box folder. The activity uses the ID of the specified folder when the process runs. Accepted Values: Choose Folder ID - Specifies an absolute path for the folder. Dynamic Folder ID - Specifies a process variable that stores the ID of folder. Default Value: None. Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Store the Response in Custom Attribute or Schema	Function: Specifies the process data variable that stores the shared link of the file or folder. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
