Take Assignment and Complete a Task

Prerequisites

• The task is assigned to a pool of users.
• The task does not require you to enter any information in the form.

Good to Know

• When the procedure is complete, it does not show in your My Tasks tab.
• If you open an eForms task from SharePoint, you do not need to log on to the AgielPoint portal.

How to Start

1. Do one of these:
   • ​In AgilePoint NX, click Work Center.
   • In SharePoint, go to the AgilePoint Dashboard.
2. Click the My Tasks or In Queue tab.
3. Click your task name.

Procedure

1. On the task option list, click Take Assignment and Complete Task .
2. On the Take Assignment and Complete screen, click Take Assignment and Complete.
