Processes I Started

Function:

Refreshes the screen's content. Use this button to refresh the screen's content to see if there are changes.

Function:

Cancels the specified processes, or the processes associated with the tasks.

Process

Function:

Shows the process instance name.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

Status

Function:

Shows the status of the process.

Accepted Values:

• Running - Specifies that process is running.
• Completed - Specifies that process is completed.
• Suspended - Specifies that process is suspended.
• Cancelled - Specifies that process is cancelled.

PROC INST NAME

Function:

Shows the process instance name

Accepted Values:

If you click the process name, it shows a list of options for the selected process:

• View Process - Opens the Process Viewer that shows the current status of the process.
• Cancel Process - Cancels the process. You must have access rights to cancel the process.
• Eforms Report View - Shows an eForm you specify with the current data from the process instance.

Started Date

Function:

Shows the date the process started.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

Initiator

Function:

Shows the name of the user who started the process.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

Function:

Shows the items in the list based on the values you enter.

1. Click Filter .
2. On the filter screen, select your operator.
3. Enter the values to show in your list.

Accepted Values:

• Is equal to
• Is not equal to
• Starts with
• Contains
• Does not contain
• Ends with

Default Value:

Is equal to
