Save To Repository Configuration (Local File System)

Specifies the target location for your files on a local file system.

How to Start

On the Organizer, do one of these:
- Open a process.
- Create a process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open one of these tabs.
    - Document
    - Digital Signature
  2. On your tab, drag one of these activities onto your process.
    - Document Transfer
    - Microsoft Word
    - PDF Converter
    - DocuSign eSign Request
    - Sertifi eSign Request
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.
On the Target Repository screen, select your target location as Local File System .
Click Target Detail Configuration .

Field Name	Definition
Folder/File Path	Function: Specifies the absolute path and file name of your document. Accepted Values: An absolute path and document name on the AgilePoint Server or SharePoint Server. Default Value: None
Overwrite if the file exists	Function: Specifies if the activity overwrites the files if they already exist at the specified destination location. Accepted Values: Deselected - The activity does not overwrite any existing file.. Selected - The activity overwrites the file if it exists with the same name at the destination location.. Default Value: Deselected
Store the Response ID in Custom Attribute	Function: Specifies the process data variable that contains the response ID for the document transfer. Accepted Values: A process data variable. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
