How to Start
- On the Organizer,
do one of these:
- Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
- In the Process Builder, go to the Activity Library, and
open the SharePoint tab.
- On the SharePoint tab,
drag the Retrieve List Item
activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
- In your process, double-click your activity.
- Click
Retrieve List Item Configuration .
Procedure
- On the Retrieve List Item Configuration screen, in the SharePoint field, select your SharePoint access token.
To create a new access token, click Add Token .

New SharePoint Access Token.

- In the Site field, select your site.
- In the List field, select the list to display the SharePoint list columns.
- Complete these fields
as necessary.

This value can be used as a filter to limit the scope
of the action.

- Drag your list columns from the SharePoint List Columns list to the Selected SharePoint List Columnsfield.
- In the Metadata Name field, enter the value for your list item. This
value can be a variable.
