To add a note to an entity

How to Start
- On the Organizer,
do one of these:
- Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
- In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library,
open the NetSuite tab.
- On the NetSuite
tab,
drag the Add Note
activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
- In your process, double-click your activity.
- Click Add Note .
Procedure
- On the Add Note Configuration screen, in the NetSuite field, select your NetSuite access token.
To create a new access token, click
Add Token . For more information, refer to
New NetSuite Access Token.

- Incoming - The note is generated from an external
source such as copied from an email.
- Outgoing - The note is generated from within the record.

- (Optional) To store the note ID as a process data variable,
add the variable from the Process Variables screen to the field Store
the Response Note ID in Custom Attribute or Schema.
