Add New Event Service Screen

Creates an event service to start a process.

How to Start

  1. In the Manage Center, click System > Events Service.
  2. On the Events Service Screen, click Add Event Service
  3. On the Add New Event Service Screen > Select Type of Event Service, select your event service.
  4. Click Next.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Title

Function:
Specifies the title of the event service.
Accepted Values:
One line of text.
Default Value:

Process Template

Function:
Specifies the process model for which the e-mail creates a process instance.
Accepted Values:
A process model name from the list.
Default Value:
None

Process Instance Suffix

Function:
Specifies the suffix to add to the process instance name made when the event occurs.
Accepted Values:
One line of text with no spaces.
Default Value:
None

Description

Function:
A description of the event service.
Accepted Values:
More than one line of text.
Default Value:
None
