How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, go to the Activity Library, and open the SharePoint tab.
      2. On the SharePoint tab, drag the Retrieve List Item activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. Click Retrieve List Item Configuration .

Procedure

  1. On the Retrieve List Item Configuration screen, in the SharePoint field, select your SharePoint access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token . For more information, refer to New SharePoint Access Token.

  2. In the Site field, select your site.
  3. In the List field, select the list to display the SharePoint list columns.
  4. Complete these fields as necessary.

    List Item Field Value

    Function:
    Specifies the SharePoint list column's value.

    This value can be used as a filter to limit the scope of the action.

    Accepted Values:
    The list column's value.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes
  5. Drag your list columns from the SharePoint List Columns list to the Selected SharePoint List Columnsfield.
  6. In the Metadata Name field, enter the value for your list item. This value can be a variable.
