How to Start

  1. On the Organizer, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Salesforce tab.
      2. On the Salesforce tab, drag the Change Multi Ownership activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
  3. On the Change Entity Ownership Configuration screen, click Change Multiple Ownership .

Procedure

  1. On the Change Entity Ownership Configuration screen, in the Salesforce field, select your Salesforce access token.

    To create a new access token, click Add Token . For more information, refer to New Salesforce Access Token.

  2. Complete these fields as necessary.
    Field Name Definition

    Entity Name

    Function:
    Specifies the name for your entity.
    Accepted Values:
    One line of text that can have spaces.
    Default Value:
    None

    When you select the Salesforce access token, the name of the entity shows in the Entity Name field.

    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    No

    Entity IDs

    Function:
    Specifies your list of Salesforce entity IDs.
    Accepted Values:
    A valid list of IDs, separated by semicolons.
    Default Value:
    None
    Accepts Process Data Variables:
    Yes
  3. In the Select Entity New Owner list, select your new owner.

    When you select the new owner, the new owner ID shows in the New Owner ID field.
