I Can Not Access AgilePoint NX from My Company's Network

Symptoms

• After installing AgilePoint NX you can access AgilePoint from an Internet connection, such as a mobile device, but you cannot access it from an internal company network.

Cause

Your organization's firewall is blocking one or more ports for the AgilePoint NX system.

Resolution

1. Create firewall rules to allow access to these AgilePoint NX components.

   AgilePoint Server	13488	Yes	Used for TCP binding on all AgilePoint Server machines.
   AgilePoint Server	13489	Yes	Used for BasicHttp binding on all AgilePoint Server machines.
   AgilePoint Server	13490	Yes	Used for REST API calls on all AgilePoint Server machines.
   Clustering Server Manager (CSM)	13481	Yes	Used for AgilePoint Server instances to communicate with the Cluster Server Manager on all AgilePoint Server machines.
   Report Center	13482	No	Used for AgilePoint Server to communicate with the Report Center component. This port requires access for all of your users who use Reports through the AgilePoint NX portal.
