Why Does Export to PDF in Report Center Cause a "Type Initializer" Error?

Symptoms

In Report Center, when I click Export to PDF, the following error appears:

"The type initializer for WebSupergoo.ABCpdf7.Internal.NDoc threw an exception"

Cause

In AgilePoint v5.0 SP3, Report Center must be installed in a 64-bit environment using Internet Explorer 8. (Other export options in Report Center do not have this restriction.

This error is caused when Report Center is running in a 32-bit environment.

Resolution

Contact AgilePoint Support to request a fix for Report Center Export to PDF option in a 32-bit environment.
