Open a Task from Your E-mail

Good to Know

• When the procedure is complete, the task form opens in a new browser window.
• If you open an eForms task from SharePoint, you do not need to log on to the AgilePoint portal.
• The e-mail must include a link to an AgilePoint task.

• The e-mail must use an AgilePoint e-mail template.

  For more information, refer to Create a Global E-mail Template and Create or Change an E-mail Template in the Application Builder.

How to Start

1. In your Outlook e-mail, on the Apps Bar, click AgilePoint NX.

Procedure

1. In the Outlook Task Manager screen, click Open Task .
