Process Detail screen > General Information tab

Shows general information about a process instance, such as the user who started the process, the date and time the process started and completed, and so on.



How to Start

  1. In the Manage Center, click Runtime Management > Processes.
  2. On the Processes screen, click Expand for your process.
  3. Click General Information .
  4. Click the Data tab.
  5. Click the Process Variable tab.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Back

Function:
Goes to the processes screen.

Suspend

Function:
Suspends a running process.

Resume

Function:
Resumes a suspended process.

Cancel

Function:
Cancels a process instance.

Change Flow

Function:
Moves a process instance back to a specified activity.

Migrate

Function:
Migrates a suspended process instance from one process template version to another version.

Refresh

Function:
Refreshes the selected process instance.

Process Monitor tab

Opens this Screen:

Function of this Screen:
Shows a picture of your process with the task status updated in real time.

Activities tab

Opens this Screen:
Process Detail screen > Activities tab
Function of this Screen:
Shows information about the system activities in your process, such as the start date, completed date, and status.

Function of this Screen:
Shows information about the human task activities in your process, such as the start date, completed date, and status.

Event Log tab

Opens this Screen:
Process Detail screen > Event Log tab
Function of this Screen:
Shows a list of errors and events for your process.

Data tab

Opens this Screen:
Process Detail screen > Data tab
Function of this Screen:
Shows information about the process data variables used in your process, including the variable names, data types, and current values.

Process Hierarchy tab

Shows the parent process-parent process relationships for your process models.
