Permission Settings screen > Designers tab

Specifies the users and groups who are application designers.

Prerequisites

On the Tenant Settings screen, set Enable Application Permission Control to Yes.

Good to Know

The App Builder only shows an application if you are a member of the application owner or application designer security group.

How to Start

In the Manage Center, click Application Management > Application Permissions.
In the APPLICATIONS list, select your application.
Click Edit .
On the Permission Settings screen, click the Designers tab.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Available Members	Function: Shows the users or groups you can add to the list of application designers. Accepted Values: An AgilePoint user or group. Default Value: None
Available Members - Search	Function: Finds users or groups. Accepted Values: All or part of an AgilePoint user or group name. Default Value: None
Add Member	Function: Adds users or groups in the Available Members list to the Assigned Members list to give permission for the application.
Assigned Members	Function: Shows the users or groups who are the application designers. Accepted Values: An AgilePoint user or group. Default Value: None
Remove	Function: Deletes the selected user or group. To Open this Field: Select a member in the Assigned Members list.
