Admin Settings screen

Lets you enable authentication providers and add users to AgilePoint NX.



How to Start

  1. Click Settings .
  2. Click Admin Settings .

Fields

Field Name Definition

Enabled Authentications

Function:
Shows you the active authentication types in your AgilePoint NX environment.

You can enable more than one account of the same third-party service, such as Office 365 or Salesforce.

Accepted Values:
  • Primary - Shows the main authentication types on your AgilePoint NX environment.
  • Make Primary - Makes the selected authentication primary for your AgilePoint NX environment.

Available Authentications

Function:
Shows the authentication types your AgilePoint NX environemnt can use.

The authentication types can change based on your AgilePoint NX configuration.

Accepted Values:

Add Users - Auto Sync

Function:
Synchronizes users in your AgilePoint NX environment with a third-party service, such as Windows Azure Active Directory or Salesforce.

Synchronization is a one-way process. Data flows from the external service to the AgilePoint user database. Users you add to AgilePoint are not added to the third-party service.

Function of this Screen:
  • Yes - Synchronizes the users with your AgilePoint NX environment.
  • No - Does not synchronize the users with your AgilePoint NX environment.

Add Users - Single User

Function:
Creates a new user for AgilePoint NX.
Opens this Screen:
Create New User screen

Add Users - Bulk Upload

Function:
Creates more than one user for AgilePoint NX.
Opens this Screen:
Bulk Upload screen
