Why Do All Columns Appear When I Open a New SharePoint List Form?

Symptoms

When I submit a SharePoint List Form, all the fields are displayed. It does not conform to the Read-Only/Hidden selections made in the process template.

Cause

The SubmitStep property of the ListForm AgileShape is not set to True.

Resolution

1. In AgilePoint Envision in your process model, set the following field.

   Field Name	Value
   SubmitStep	True
